Belt Drive Vacuum Pumps

These
pumps are specifically designed for both industrial and
laboratory applications. The belt drive design makes it
the best of mechanical rotary sliding vane pumps with
respect to ultimate vacuums, pumping speeds, long life,
efficiency and ease of maintenance. Compound stage pumps
provide ultimate deep vacuums and are factory tested to
levels of 10 microns. All units have a larger than normal
oil reservoir, which assures extended pumping efficiency
with fewer oil changes. Time tested and proven to be a
quality pump. |

This service kit includes easy to follow instructions
and necessary parts for standard field maintenance repair.
Pumps that are damaged or need major service should
be returned to the factory for prompt repair.

RKD-11 Kit: For 42050, 42054, 42150, 42154; Includes:
1 supply of vacuum grease, 1 seal plate O-ring, 1
shaft seal, 1 exhaust valve, 1 intake valve, 2 intake
vanes, 2 exhaust vanes, 1 drain fitting O-ring and
instruction set.
- Part#
RKD-13 Kit: For 42090, 42190; 1 supply of vacuum grease,
1 seal plate O-ring, 1 shaft seal, 1 exhaust valve,
2 intake valves, 4 intake vanes, 2 exhaust vanes,
