Another
tungsten of the rare earth family that has been given
the EWG designation as the optimum rare earth tungsten
electrode. The elimination of radioactive thorium and
addition of rare earth elements such as cerium oxide
or lanthanum oxide allows the EWG grade to operate with
maximum effiency. EWG can be used on AC or DC polarities.
Principally used on: Carbon steels, Stainless
Steels, Nickel, Nickel Alloys, Titanium, Copper Alloys
